Off-road enthusiasts

have been equipping their trail bikes with racing handlebars for decades, so we developed the Grappler to fulfil this wish with a little more precision. It is primarily designed for a stable and comfortable racing handlebar hand position and its trail-ready geometry allows for a spirited ride on mixed terrain.

The Grappler is suitable for wide tyres and equipped with a range of mounts to carry your daily supplies and overnight gear. It's ready to take you and your gear on this overgrown fire road and give you a supernatural experience. There's nothing to be afraid of. Probably.

Equipped with Surly's versatile Gnot Boost spacing, allowing riders to use 142mm or Boost 148mm rear hubs; thru-axles; stealth dropper post guide; non-suspension corrected

Customised dropouts for singlespeed or hub gears

Seatstay-mounted bottle cage, plus triple mounts at the top and bottom of the down tube

Clearance for 27.5 x 2.8 or 29 x 2.1 tyres (with or without mudguards)
