🚴 2-hour tour – short and intense:

A biscuit before you set off, 1× FueRide during the ride, and a protein bar for recovery.

🚴‍♀️ 4-hour ride – Endurance:

Protein bar + FueRide beforehand, 2–3× FueRide en route, biscuit afterwards.

🚵 6-hour ride – Long distance:

Cookie + FueRide beforehand, FueRide every 60 minutes (5–6 times), optional ½ bar after 3–4 hours, bar + FueRide for recovery.
