Right of cancellation
Consumers have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods or the last goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by e-mail or post).
You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs
(except for additional costs incurred if you have chosen a different type of delivery than the standard delivery offered by us),
immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation.
For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any charges for the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation.
The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the deadline expires.
We will bear the costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.
Exclusion of the right of cancellation
The right of cancellation does not apply to the following contracts:
- Delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery.
- Delivery of customised products (e.g. individually assembled bicycles, custom builds).
- Services that have been provided in full if the consumer has given their express prior consent.
