General Terms and Conditions (GTC) - a-bikeshop e.U.
1. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders, purchases, repair orders and services concluded via a-bikeshop e.U. - both online at https://a-bikeshop.com and on site in Erl.
Deviating terms and conditions shall only apply if they have been agreed in writing.
2. Conclusion of contract
A contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order in writing (by e-mail) or accept a repair order.
In the case of online orders, the contract is concluded in accordance with the provisions of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Selling Act (FAGG).
3. Prices and payment
All prices are quoted in euros and include VAT.
The following payment methods are available:
- Credit card (Global Payments)
- Instant bank transfer (SOFORT / Klarna)
- Prepayment (bank transfer)
- PayPal (only on request)
Payment is due immediately after conclusion of the contract. Shipping costs are shown separately in the order process.
4. Delivery, dispatch & collection
Delivery times are indicated in the order process.
Self-collection in Erl is possible by arrangement.
Should there be any delays in delivery, we will inform you immediately.
The risk of accidental loss is only transferred to the customer when the goods are handed over.
5. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of a-bikeshop e.U. until full payment has been received.
6. Warranty & Repairs
The statutory warranty rights according to ABGB and KSchG apply.
Repairs are carried out professionally and to the best of our knowledge.
No guarantee is given for used spare parts.
Individual conversions or customised adaptations are excluded from cancellation.
7. Right of cancellation
Online orders are subject to a 14-day right of cancellation in accordance with FAGG.

Excluded from cancellation are
- customised products (e.g. individually assembled bicycles)
- unsealed hygiene articles
8. Data protection
Personal data is processed exclusively for the purpose of contract fulfilment.

9. Liability
We are only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behaviour.
We are only liable for slight negligence in the event of a breach of material contractual obligations.
We accept no liability for improper use, modifications or third-party intervention.
10. Place of jurisdiction & choice of law
Austrian law shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The place of jurisdiction is Innsbruck, provided there are no mandatory consumer protection provisions to the contrary.
11. Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution:

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
