General Terms and Conditions (GTC) - a-bikeshope.U.

1. Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders, repair orders and services made via a-bikeshop - both online and on site.

2. Conclusion of contract

A contract is concluded as soon as an order is confirmed or a repair order is accepted. Changes or additions must be made in writing.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT. Payments can be made by cash, EC card or online payment. In the case of despatch, the shipping costs stated apply.

4. Delivery and collection

Delivery times depend on the product and are specified when the order is placed. Collection by the customer is possible by arrangement. We will inform you immediately in the event of delays in delivery.

5. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of a-bikeshop until full payment has been received.

6. Warranty and repairs

The statutory warranty rights apply. Repairs are carried out to the best of our knowledge and using suitable spare parts. No guarantee is given for used parts.

7. Right of cancellation

Customers have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving reasons - provided that it is a distance contract. Customised products and services are excluded from cancellation.

8. Data protection

Personal data will only be used to fulfil the contract and will not be passed on to third parties. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.

9. Place of jurisdiction

Place of jurisdiction is Innsbruck, as far as legally permissible.
