These original Surly rear axle adapters with 6 mm quick release are specially designed for Surly Gnot-BOOST frames and the Wednesday model. They enable the use of standard QR hubs (135 mm) in frames with Gnot BOOST dropouts (145 mm) by precisely equalising the installation width.
