The Surly Snuggnut is a precision-engineered, robustly built chain tensioner for frames with horizontal thru-axle dropouts. It ensures a secure, play-free chain tension and prevents the rear wheel from slipping – ideal for single-speed or gear hub set-ups.

Note:
– Compatible with horizontal thru-axle dropouts only.
– If using 10/12 mm adapter washers and QR wheels, please use the Surly Tuggnut.
– Not compatible with MDS chips.
