Which version fits my bike?
- For 10-speed riders (SLX / Deore / HG systems):
The SLX 11T sprocket is the right choice. It offers precise shifting, high durability and a perfect fit on CS-HG81 cassettes thanks to the integrated spacer ring.
- For 11-speed trekking / city / e-bike systems (LG600):
The LG600 11T sprocket is ideal for modern 11-speed drivetrains. Smooth, reliable shifting and precisely matched to the CS-LG600 cassette.
Which variant should I choose?
- Always choose the right cassette:
10-speed cassette → 10-speed sprocket
11-speed cassette → 11-speed sprocket
- The two models are not compatible (different spacing and tooth profile).
- Ideal if only a heavily used sprocket needs to be replaced - cheaper than a new cassette.
When should the 11-tooth sprocket be replaced?
The smallest sprocket (11T) wears out the fastest - especially on e-bikes, where high motor torque acts directly on the smallest gears.
Replacement recommended:
- When changing the chain, if the sprocket is visibly worn
- If the chain skips under load
- If the teeth look pointed, hooked or uneven
Why especially on an e-bike?
- Frequent use of the high gears
- High motor power → faster wear
- 11T sprockets wear out 2-3× faster here
Replacing individual sprockets is the cheapest solution to restore shifting quality.
