Technical description

1. Motor and wheel

- Brushless rear wheel cassette motor, 36 V / 350 W with gearbox, suitable for 8/9/10,11,12-speedcassettes.

- Supplied on 28" double wall rim with 12G silver spokes, suitable for 26,27,5 28 , 29 " wheels and many 700C models.

- Installation width: 138 mm.

2. Battery and charger

- 36 V 18 Ah down tube battery (high-power cells).

- Range approx. 60-65 km (depending on riding style and terrain).

- Including 42 V 3 A charger.

3. Performance and riding behaviour

- Top speed: approx. 30-32 km/h. (25 km/h)

- Max. Torque: 58 Nm.

- Compatible with V-brakes and disc brakes.

4. Electronics and control unit

- 36 V 18 A JYT integrated controller, ready for connection to motor, PAS sensor and 4-in-1 cable.

- 36 V C500 LCD display with backlight, 5 support levels.

- PAS sensor (left mounting), dual Hall sensor with 12 signal outputs.

- Thumb throttle and mechanical brake levers included.

Installation and service instructions

Basic assembly is possible with standard tools; in case of uncertainty or if adjustments are necessary (e.g. freewheel body, brake disc mount, battery holder, speed sensor, bottom bracket), we recommend assembly in a specialist workshop. We offer customisation and complete assembly as part of our service.

- Is the kit compatible with my bike frame?

Answer: Check the installation width of the frame (138 mm) and whether your bike uses 26" 27.5 28" (700C), 29"; if you are unsure, please send us the frame data.

- Can I convert the front wheel into a rear wheel?

Answer: No, front wheel and rear wheel differ in hub and freewheel. Order the matching rear wheel kit.

- How far can I get with the 36V 18Ah battery?

Answer: Range depends on riding style, assistance level and terrain; typical range 50-120 km.

- Do I need a specialist workshop for fitting?

Answer: Basic knowledge and tools are sufficient, but if you are unsure, we recommend having it fitted by a specialist workshop.

If the basic set is not sufficient for your bike, we will of course carry out the installation at our premises. It may be that the freehub body does not fit your current cassette; the rear wheel mount must be correct; the brake disc mounting and the factory brake setting must also be correct. The speed sensor supplied for motor control may not fit your bottom bracket and crank. The mounting of the battery holder may also need to be adjusted. We can adjust everything in our workshop.
