-Insurance (theft/partial damage) is included in the hire price.
-Cleaning on return is included (normal soiling).
- Handover with short briefing and handover protocol.
Additional services and deposit
- Accessories per day: helmet € 3; lock € 2; pannier rack/panniers € 4; child seat € 5.
-Deposit: City/children 100 €; Trekking/MTB 150 €; E-bikes 300 €.
- Cleaning/damage fee: In the event of heavy soiling or damage € 10-25 (if cleaning/repair exceeds the included fee).
Booking & cancellation conditions
- Reservation: 30% deposit on booking; balance on collection.
-Cancellation conditions: Free of charge up to 7 days before the start of the rental period; thereafter 30% up to 48 hours; <48 hours no refund.
-Please bringID and means of payment for deposit.
